Kristen Marie has been performing since the tender age of three. It was at age eight, during the curtain call of her drama and dance studio's production of Cinderella playing the role of Wicked Stepmother, when she realized acting would be a life long passion. Her first professional theatre credit was aquired at age eleven in The Sound of Music at The Grand Dinner Theatre.

Kristen attended The Boston Conservatory majoring in Musical Theatre. She discovered a passion for travel when cast as a featured singer/dancer on Holland America Line. She was fortunate to explore Alaska, the Mexican Riviera, the Panama Canal, the Caribbean, and Europe while performing on state-of-the-art stages and working with talented choreographers, such as Patti Columbo and John Charron. Kristen also stretched her acting skills in the Las Vegas improv production of the Off Broadway hit, Tony 'N Tina's Wedding. Working with the original director, Larry Pelegrini, Kristen performed the role of Donna Marsala as well as swinging other roles.

In 2005, Kristen made the move to New York City to pursue her Broadway dream. She performed on Spirit Cruise Lines where she also served as the cast's show captain. In 2008, Kristen had the opportunity to sing with the USO Liberty Bells of Metropolitan New York performing all over the US for many service men and women, their families and veterans. She sang alto in tight three-part Andrews Sisters harmony, served as dance captain as well as choreographer of the troupe's Christmas show. In January, 2009, Kristen was cast through Bob Cline Casting in The National Tour of Bye Bye Birdie with Windwood Theatricals. Kristen was honored to work with accomplished director, Paula Sloan, and enjoyed touring the US and Canada playing Helen (featured ensemble) and covering the leading role of Rosie, which she had the pleasure of performing several times. Upon her return to NYC, Kristen was asked to be a part of the NYC production of Totally Electric written by Jonathan VanDyke, starring as Taffy Tepperman. In the summer of 2009, Kristen was cast as Lucille in No, No Nanette at The Broward Stage Door Theatre in Southern Florida. The production was directed by Dan Kelley and choreographed by Chrissi Arditio and recieved rave reviews!

Very shortly after her return to NYC, Prather Entertainment Group offered Kristen a six month mini tour playing Nellie Cohan in George M! The production ran in Fort Myers, FL, Mesa, AZ, and will resume in August of 2010 in Lancaster, PA! While on hiatus from tour, Kristen will star in The Ziegfeld Society's NYC production of Ziegfeld's Midnight Frolic. After completing George M!, Kristen reunited with The Ziegfeld Society for "A Ziegfeld Holiday" and an encore performance of "Midnight Frolic" at City College. She was then asked to return to The Dutch Apple to play one of her favorite roles, Kitty, in one of her favorite shows, The Drowsy Chaperone! The production recieved rave reviews under the fantastic direction of Brian Enzman and dazzling choreography of Amy McCleary. Kristen is slated to reprise the role next year in South Florida! Kristen is back in NYC and excited for her next opportunity. Kristen's ultimate goal is to someday take a bow on the Broadway stage!
